  • What are the lease terms?

    We offer all lease terms of 12 months.

  • What is the pet policy?

    • 2 pets per unit
    • Under 30 pounds full grown
    • Restricted breeds: pit bulls (Stafford terrier & American Terrier), Dobermans, Rottweiler, chows
    • $250.00 Refundable Pet Deposit
    • $250.00 Non-Refundable Pet Sanitizing Fee
    • $25.00 monthly pet rent
  • How do I apply?

    In order to apply, future residents must complete an application and sign the Rental Criteria form. We require payment of non-refundable $50 application fee and $150 processing fee to begin processing the application. 

  • How soon will I know whether or not I'm approved?

    Once you have completed the application and paid the application fee, we will usually have an answer within 24-48 hours.

  • When is rent due/late?

    Rent is due on the first of the every month, late fees are assessed beginning on the 4th of the month.

  • What are the office hours?

    Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm
    Saturday: 10am-5pm
    Sunday: 11am-4pm

  • Which electricity provider is the most affordable?

  • Do you require the residents to use a particular cable company?
