I was moving back to Las Vegas from out of state and found Tower @ Tropicana online. I made contact with one of the leasing agents, Ms. Sherry, and explained my situation. We did everything online and by the time I got to Las Vegas all I had to do was stop by the office and pick up my keys. Ms. Sherry was great to work with! She seemed to know exactly what I wanted and was quick to respond to my questions and worked with me as I was preparing to move back to the area. When I had my first in-person view of the apartment, I was more than pleased. It is roomy, clean and feels luxurious. I look forward to being here for a very long time. I highly recommend Tower @ Tropicana and dealing with Ms. Sherry.

Let me start by saying, this review is long overdue, but I couldn’t go without giving credit where it’s due. I moved in about two months ago, and I can genuinely say this has been one of the most peaceful and seamless transitions I’ve ever experienced. The property is quiet, clean, and very well-maintained. There’s no unnecessary noise or chaos, and the overall environment gives exactly what it should: calm, safe, and well-managed. Now, let’s talk about Sherry💕 truly the highlight of my experience. From the very beginning, she made me feel like more than just a name on paper. We built a great rapport right away, and she handled everything with professionalism, patience, and warmth. She made what is often a stressful process feel effortless. Her communication, care, and attention to detail were top-tier. And not to mention I moved from out of state!!! If you’re considering moving in, I absolutely recommend it.

Moved here from FL for work saw the place the same day I flew in and was able to lease it thanks to the adeptness and proficiency from Sherry at the Leasing office. Very helpful and able to situate me, as well as give me insight on the land. Had a few differences with Andrew and was ready to move out due to a bad week at work and issue with plumbing, however some time has passed and after speaking to him again I realize he is diligent and strict but helpful. I may not be staying here forever, (rented due to not being from here buying a house later) but glad I chose Tower @ Tropicana. The location is calm no trouble in the 2mo I have been here, bathroom may be a little small if you are taller than 6', the locks and doors can use some bolstering as well, the water pressure was eh, LV water is very hard so I can't blame that on them but, there are worse places to live and you can relax here.

I have not been here a week yet, but so far, my interactions have been Grade A. Sherry and the office staff are amazing individuals, She is attentive, caring and hard working. She helped to make sure that my transition was seamless and easy. The community is clean and so far seems quiet. I will post another review after a couple of months. I have had a few things that I wanted maintenance to look at for my own comfort and with no hesitation, the maintenance supervisor himself came to make sure things were right, the same day. I am really pleased.

Exhausted after apartment hunting and paying holding fees, I came across Tower at Tropicana. I had such a pleasant talk with Sherry Keith, my leasing consultant that I waited to do my tour until she was available due to her off day being on a Monday. She has such a wonderful spirit and kept me laughing the entire time. I did a look and lease and was instantly in love with the unit, floor plan, vaulted ceilings, patio, washer and dryer, dish washer, assigned parking space, Google Nest thermostat, my own Amazon pick up code for picking up packages on the property, the in-house private Gym and the two pools tucked inside this gated hidden gem. It was a no-brainer for me. I found my new apartment home. There are plenty of restaurants and places to shop in the area and it's super close to work. The application process was easy as well as the lease signing process. Sherry explained everything in detail and was true to her word on all fees and leasing specials. I'm so ecstatic and love the view from my patio, the nice sitting areas and gas grills. It's so serene, peaceful and quiet. I'm choosing to stay a while and I hope you do too. Stop by and check out the clubhouse, it has a business center in case you want to apply. See you soon.

We moved in here at the end of February, and I've yet to have a single major issue. Before I move on to the review I just want to give a shout out to Sherry in the Leasing Office, who has been an absolute blessing through our entire moving process. As soon as we started talking to her, my wife and I instantly wanted to move in. Many of the reviews you get for apartments usually have one bad thing in common. Administration. Well Sherry has ensured we never felt ignored, neglected, or judged. Talking to her is always a joy. This is a very cozy community, and the residents reflect that. When we moved in we had a couple residents offer to help, and they all wave and say hello when you pass by. We've yet to have any issues with our neighbors. The apartments are clean, and have been kept in good condition. The appliances inside are well kept, and we love our unit! Maintenance is always very prompt, and the maintenance workers are very friendly and respectful. The gym is very clean and professional looking, with clean water provided. We haven't had a chance to use the pool yet, but they look beautiful so we can't wait! All in all we're very happy we chose Tower at Tropicana, and we look forward to living here!

My friend lives there. I think the rent is a bit high. Apartment is nice. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Grounds r kept up nicely. Rental office is beautiful. Maybe that's why the rent is a bit high. Lol. Has a pool too & exercise room but that's not handicapped accessible. It has stairs to get up into the area.

I'm typically skeptical of reviews just depending on what's being said, however, I can say all the positive reviews regarding Sherry are absolutely correct. I haven't even met her in person yet and I can already tell we'll get along fantastic, she is so personable and ensures she's being thorough! I've worked in the CS industry for a long time so having a pleasant personality and it being GENUINE is very important to me. Specifically in the market of finding a place to live you want to get along well with your potential leasing office staff so you don't dread speaking with them at any point in the future. I haven't moved in yet and still going through the approval process, but halfway there and Sherry was so kind that it made me pray the process goes through even more so!

Have lived here several years and for the most part am satisfied. Nicely kept grounds, good-sized apartment, and very responsive ground/maintenance staff -- shout out to Melesio, who stopped me in the midst of preparing to take my trash to the dumpster so he could drive it there for me instead, and props to the maintenance workers who fix most problems within an hour or two. Great service. As long as the price remains reasonable, I will live here happily. Just live in dread of each renewal. Don’t price out your long-term residents!

Moved in a month ago. Andrew is amazingly good at his job. Knowledgeable and caring. Maintenance man is quick to respond. Residents are friendly. The only complaint is dog owners need to clean up after their fur babies. The grassy areas with lots of trees are enjoyable on warm days. The units are updated with nice flooring and good quality appliances. All windows and patio doors have faux wood blinds. Granite countertops are a plus.

We have lived here about a month and it is amazing. We worked with Sherri and she really helped from the beginning of the application process up until we moved in, extremely helpful and great customer service. We also put in our first maintenance request and they came same day and fixed the issue. The whole area is very quiet and clean, the walks I take with my dog are very relaxing and I can tell he enjoys them. Our previous apartment complex was a nightmare experience so now that I live here I can say that I am actually happy to come home everyday from work. I’m very excited for my future here.

Even though I didn’t go with this property, Sherri was amazing. I called to schedule a tour with her a week before my arrival (coming from out of state) and she instantly made me feel so at home. She’s very personable and professional. When I finally did arrive and it was time for our tour, she took me all around the property, and inside the unit. Being so new, she really knew her stuff-and friendly as ever. Which, is very important when considering moving to a new apartment complex. The property has a beautiful, gated and located in a very nice area. I ended up choosing a place a little closer to Summerlin, but I still highly recommend Tower at Tropicana. And do yourself a favor-ask for Sherri.

They advertise 2 pools, yet their second pool is still locked up and we are not allowed access. Their hot tub that is locked looks clean but the hot tub that is open is beyond disgusting and not heated. . Update: they have cleaned the pools and the hot tub is clean and working.

I love the look and feel of this place! I love the fact that there is maintenance workers here, unlike my old spot. A few months ago, my dryer wasn't drying my clothes properly and they sent one of their best maintenance guys, Melesio S. Turns out that it needed the vent to be cleaned! Melesio was really reliable. I have watched how he keeps the property nice and clean too. Well done, sir!

The staff overall have been amazing! Everything is well kept. Melesio the maintenance worker, has also been great at fixing anything. I was told that whenever I needed something to get repaired, they would do it within 24 hours and they surely did. Thank you, Melesio for your great work. I was visiting a friend last week that moved here like 3 months ago and I couldn't help but notice how beautiful the grounds were. She was showing me around the property and one of the maintenance personal were walking by cleaning up the grounds and he was so professional. He spoke so highly of the community and other team members he also said how much he enjoyed working there. He did say he was a newer team member and I want to say his name was Derek. I just wanted to make sure management knew how positive he spoke of the property and company! I will be looking to move closer to my friend once my lease is up.

I was just going for the ride with my friend looking for a new place. I was shocked! The place is beautiful and everything is close by! Best thing is the staff rocks! The leasing agent was so helpful but here’s the kicker. The manager came out and personally introduced herself, Amanda I believe. I’ve never seen that ever! Usually managers hide in their office and avoid people. I am a home owner so sadly I will not be renting, but anybody looking I highly recommend!!!! :)

I’ve lived at this property for almost 2 years and it has been a great experience. The property staff is always in the office and available to help with any issues I need to report. When my garbage disposer stopped working last week they got me a new one so fast and changed it out that same day. They are always quick to respond and I greatly appreciate that. The community is also very well kept and I highly recommend it :)

As a 3 year resident at tower at Tropicana I have found this to be one of the best experiences of my life. The staff is courteous, kind and caring. Anytime I call, they always answer immediately. I plan and hope to live here for the next 10-20 years of my life. That’s how much I love this place. The grounds are always kept clean. There’s no riff raft in the community and I have a complete dog Family here. I love it! I find that the residents who live here along with myself really appreciate our home here. Come join us! I've been living here almost a year now and have had no serious issues or complaints! Compared to the last apartments I lived at, this place is paradise! Everyone is quiet and keeps to their self. The only small issue I've had is people speeding through, not stopping at the stop signs, or tailgating you just to park literally 5 spaces away from where you park. But this isn't the properties fault, that's just stupid drivers!

Honestly , let’s do the real talk , I’ve been living here 3 years now , I have 2 Maltese dog very little ones ! KIMBERLY is not a mean or rude person she’s always very helpful ! The security does go around all complex and makes sure there’s no shady people around and checks pool all the time , I work night shift and i can say it’s a safe place ! No one has ever broke in to apartments ! I’m honestly always going in and out the apartments I go out during the day to do my daily routine and night to work my shift and not once have I ever had an issue , yes they are a little pricy , but they are LUXURY APARTMENTS it is expected ! And it’s also in a good area ! If you pay your rent on the 3rd every month you will not have late fees , I was never late with my rent and never ever got a late fee ! I have a foreign car and never been scratch or broken into ! ITS SAFE & comfy ! Stop this negative reviews it’s not true and the ones that are saying negative things are really the ones that are messing up , not paying on time and not following the rules ! PERIOD .

The complex is kept clean & updated. The office staff, & maintenance is friendly. Any repair/service requests are typically done same day or within 24 hours. The complex gym is only accessible if you pay for the key; It's clean, open 24 hours, and good equipment.
