I am so incredibly grateful for Sherry and everything she does for this community. She has always been kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares about the residents. Every interaction I've had with her has been positive. she consistently goes above and beyond to help however she can. Her willingness to help truly meant more to me than she probably realizes. She made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier, and I will always be grateful for her kindness. Thank you, Sherry, for your outstanding service and for all that you do for this apartment community. Residents are lucky to have someone as caring, hardworking, and genuine as you. You might wake up at night because of the noise from the entrance door. The people in the office don't pay attention to you or listen to you after you've processed the rental. Also, workers are vacuuming at 7 am.

Terrible apartments. Your car will be broken into. They wont do anything about it. The security is only around during the day they pull up to the pool at like 2am then let the whole complex get broken in. They practically encourage it. When you move in they will seem like the most courteous people but after that grace period is over dont expect them to literally do anything helpful. And the grounds keeper workers will do wierd things to inconvenience you.

I’ve been living at tower at tropicana for 3 years. It is usually clean the only thing is the pool for the summer doesn’t usually open until july and closes in october. But everything else is very clean and great in overall

Sherry was amazing, she helped me and my cousin get into a place and her service was unmatched. She went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. We love you Sherry, Thank you for all that you do.

Maintenance was very helpful and did their best to accommodate my requests within the scope they are allowed. They are very friendly and prompt. They clean up after themselves as well, so no mess left in your unit.
