Maintenance was very helpful and did their best to accommodate my requests within the scope they are allowed. They are very friendly and prompt. They clean up after themselves as well, so no mess left in your unit.

Just moved in here and Sherry was amazing and so easy to work with. The move in process was easy and quick and communication was top notch! Highly recommend moving here as the property is clean and very well maintained inside and out. Many perks and amenities that come with it overall great experience (:

Just moved in earlier this month & this place is great!! Sherry at the front desk was so helpful & friendly! Everything was clean & worked great when moving in & the entire complex is quiet & in a really nice area near Spanish Trails. Definitely recommend applying if you are looking to move in this area!

I lived here for one year on the second floor. We weren’t loud, but the building has very thin walls and floors, I’ve heard my neighbors sneezing. Our downstairs neighbors constantly hit their ceiling with a broom, even though the noise was clearly due to poor construction, no carpet in the living room either. The security gate only worked about half the time, and I often woke up to find cars broken into. When we moved out, we were heavily overcharged with multiple fees. What seemed affordable at first ended up including a lot of hidden fees. When we returned, an employee mentioned that a tenant had threatened them, which was concerning to hear. On the plus side the maintenance crew was kind and always responded quickly. Overall, there are better maintained rentals elsewhere with similar pricing.

I absolutely love to see that you went down in price. Since I had to leave about 4 years ago when you wanted 2000+ for an apartment LOL off of Jones and Tropicana? And then all that was left were 5 people living in a one bedroom apartment together. You did absolutely no maintenance on grills or the pool. People were (and still are based on the comments) roaming around with dogs off leash. I truly hope this place turns to trash and stays trash. You get what you deserve.
