new to the complex i try to be considerate of everyone around me but some people just don’t think the same .. ridiculous amount of noise until 3am at the front pool by the leasing office … not everyone has the summer off work.. love my apartment just wish the “quiet time” hours were respected by all

Just stopped in to view apts for my son. Was handed a sheet with. "base rate" of 1550 for 2 bdr. OK. Not bad, but then asked what the other charges were. He says a MINIMUM of $110-140 mandatory trash, water & "CAM" fees for 1 person, so I said that means that the base rate for the apartment is 1660 because these are mandatory charges. He looked at me and he said if that's what you think miss. I replied no if they're mandatory fees attached to the apartment then the base rate for the apartment is 1660 because it's not based off of usage it's based per person and if one person is living in the apartment then the base rate is 1660. The guy was snotty instead of that's what you think . I didn't even bother to look at the place because with that kind of attitude and with those kind of hidden fees because they are hidden because they're not usage base they're mandatory fees I walked out

I was moving back to Las Vegas from out of state and found Tower @ Tropicana online. I made contact with one of the leasing agents, Ms. Sherry, and explained my situation. We did everything online and by the time I got to Las Vegas all I had to do was stop by the office and pick up my keys. Ms. Sherry was great to work with! She seemed to know exactly what I wanted and was quick to respond to my questions and worked with me as I was preparing to move back to the area. When I had my first in-person view of the apartment, I was more than pleased. It is roomy, clean and feels luxurious. I look forward to being here for a very long time. I highly recommend Tower @ Tropicana and dealing with Ms. Sherry.

the 24 hours pool is the worst loud mexican music playing all night it’s very disrespectful and you tend to miss out on hours of sleep due to people screaming and drinking all night

Let me start by saying, this review is long overdue, but I couldn’t go without giving credit where it’s due. I moved in about two months ago, and I can genuinely say this has been one of the most peaceful and seamless transitions I’ve ever experienced. The property is quiet, clean, and very well-maintained. There’s no unnecessary noise or chaos, and the overall environment gives exactly what it should: calm, safe, and well-managed. Now, let’s talk about Sherry💕 truly the highlight of my experience. From the very beginning, she made me feel like more than just a name on paper. We built a great rapport right away, and she handled everything with professionalism, patience, and warmth. She made what is often a stressful process feel effortless. Her communication, care, and attention to detail were top-tier. And not to mention I moved from out of state!!! If you’re considering moving in, I absolutely recommend it.

I’ve lived here for the last 2 years and I have no complaints about it. Every time we needed maintenance they came right after and fixed super fast. All the employees are nice, polite and are willing to help you. Neighbors are cool and the place is quiet. A big thank you to Sherry who was the one that helped us to rent our first apartment and made all the effort to make this possible. She’s the best ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
