Do not move here office staff is terrible with answering phone calls. Maintenance does not fix things properly after multiple requests. Homeless people roam the complex at night bathing in the pool area. Security is useless they don’t do their job with patrolling the area. The gym is not the best either a lot of missing dumbbells and broken machines. The list goes on…

I dont know if it has to do with the old building structure or the neighbor, but have been suffering from constant loud noise from upstair for more than 5 months. This upstair neighbor come back home at 2am and continue with their loud noise until 3am…i wish I can post video here showing how loud it is at 2:30…If you dont want to have severe insomnia from noise, I recommend not coming here. I am finally getting out of this hell in 1 month

Sherry is the best. She handled my move in process swiftly and has an amazing personality. She was easy to reach and responsive :) 24 hour gym is a plus !

Apartments are very nice. They offer good deals and promotions as well. Staff are great people. Sherry at the front desk is outstanding. She is very helpful and capable. We were able to get a place in a matter of days all thanks to her!

This place is heaven. Ever since I spoke to Sherri it has been a great experience. Any questions I had she answered them quickly and I was able to move into my unit swiftly. Her customer service is A+. She definitely deserves a raise!

Sherry was just absolutely wonderful at finding me my new home! She made the entire process very easy and was patient with me throughout it. From touring to moving in and everything after the staff here really show you that they care about their residents. I’m so grateful to have come across this gem of a neighborhood and leasing agent! new to the complex i try to be considerate of everyone around me but some people just don’t think the same .. ridiculous amount of noise until 3am at the front pool by the leasing office … not everyone has the summer off work.. love my apartment just wish the “quiet time” hours were respected by all
