Me and my wife have been here 2 years. And let me tell you itâs been great. Parking aplenty. The office staff is the sweetest! Accommodating at every turn. The maintenance is lightening fast and so knowledgeable. If you live in Vegas. Youâd be a fool not to ask if they have open availability. Between the trees and the park and the ducks. Itâs pretty much paradise.

I have been living here for almost 4yrs now. In all honesty, I have never experienced better customer service then when I spoke to her. During, the pandemic she went above and beyond to assist my needs, and was extremely patient and understanding with my financial situation. She has impacted the office and staff in the most positive way, I have ever seen, since living here. Thank you, again Amanda for your excellent customer service! Keep up the great work. Iâve been here little over a year and I love it here! Beautiful property surrounded by many trees, quiet and secure comfortable complex. Melesio the maintenance handyman has helped me fix a couple things in my apartment and heâs very professional and fast. Thank you!!

They advertise 2 pools, yet their second pool is still locked up and we are not allowed access. Their hot tub that is locked looks clean but the hot tub that is open is beyond disgusting and not heated. . Update: they have cleaned the pools and the hot tub is clean and working. But our AC has broken about 5 times this summer and it is never completely fixed and has caused my bill to go up in price and is dangerous to have a broken AC in this summer heat when I have a dog in the apartment, especially when it breaks when no one is home leaving my dog in the heat. It has broken at times when we are not home and who knows how long it was just running all day blowing out hot air and also late at night causing disruption in sleep and dealing with having maintainence come at night to fix it, the maintenance staff is very nice at least for all of the times they have come to fix it, but the apartments need to pay to fix the whole AC unit instead of being cheap and providing only temporay fixes for it to break again.
