Thank you Ms .Kim for all your hard work!!! 3 years ago is when I first met Ms. Kimberly Palma (Manager at Tower at Tropicana). When I first moved here from the East Coast, Ms. Kimberly Palma help me schedule my tour visit and pick out my first apartment 1 bed room apartment. Now I am living in the upgraded two bedroom apartments here at Tower at Tropicana which Ms. Kimberly has help me find. Ms. Palma is an amazing soul & her customer service is outstanding she deserves a raise for all of her hard work and dedication through her career with this company through the highs and lows. Great people are hard to find and Tower at Tropicana Ms.Kimberly is one of the best people you can find, please promote her and take this message as a notice to give her a raise or promotion. Abundant parking. Affordable rent. Lightening fast maintenance. This is the happiest I’ve been since moving from Texas.

Me and my wife have been here 2 years. And let me tell you it’s been great. Parking aplenty. The office staff is the sweetest! Accommodating at every turn. The maintenance is lightening fast and so knowledgeable. If you live in Vegas. You’d be a fool not to ask if they have open availability. Between the trees and the park and the ducks. It’s pretty much paradise.

I have been living here for almost 4yrs now. In all honesty, I have never experienced better customer service then when I spoke to her. During, the pandemic she went above and beyond to assist my needs, and was extremely patient and understanding with my financial situation. She has impacted the office and staff in the most positive way, I have ever seen, since living here. Thank you, again Amanda for your excellent customer service! Keep up the great work. It’s been noticed! Your the BEST!!! :) Sarah Ortiz
