They have a massive theft problem with their mail and they have done NOTHING to fix it. It's upsetting to think how much time is left on my lease.

This was probably the worst renting experience I have ever had, and None of it was about the actual physical place. The management is corporate, cheap and will try to nickel and dime you at every turn. I could list countless incidents during my stay but the worst of it is when I moved out. I can understand carpet cleaning charges and misc cleaning fees, but they charged me just enough to make sure I didn't get a deposit back, charging me $6.42. It isn't about the money but the fact is they didn't ever work with us on anything giving blank responses while openly laughing in the background at the bad customer service that they gave. Worst mistake I ever made renting.

I’m very upset with my experience at tower at Tropicana, I was referred by a friend about how he had an amazing experience and the leasing office was so accommodating and willing to help him find exactly what he was looking for. I’m not upset that I’m not getting the same, but more upset that the needs and concerns that I want aren’t being met. Dealing with the agent makes it seem like I had to deal with what they have basically. How is it that you can see 60 days out of availability but you only have four units available for immediate move-in. I just don’t understand, all I want is something on the second floor for privacy, a larger two bedroom, and if not explain what you do have on the second floor when you can accommodate it because things can always open up in availability the markets always changing. the customer service has been beyond disappointing due to me working in property management and going above and beyond for my prospects. It seems to be my business is not wanted there. It’s also is very disappointing the last 30 minutes of work hours they ignore the phones and will not answer a single call. Especially with what’s going on right now you think they would be there for the residences and applicants till the end of the day. I answer every call till the last second at work, beyond unprofessional I hope your experience isn’t like mine at Tower at Tropicana.

I've been living here almost a year now and have had no serious issues or complaints! Compared to the last apartments I lived at, this place is paradise! Everyone is quiet and keeps to their self. The only small issue I've had is people speeding through, not stopping at the stop signs, or tailgating you just to park literally 5 spaces away from where you park. But this isn't the properties fault, that's just stupid drivers!

I recently moved out from my 1 year lease in August. The front office ladies were all nice and respectful. The apartments themselves are nicely updated and clean, however I had a couple disappointments. In the first few months my whole apartment flooded with a couple inches of water while I was not home. A pipe in the CEILING had burst and soaked many of my belongings. I was over 6 months pregnant and management assumed my family and cat would stay in the unit while repairs were done, (they had to remove huge pieces of ceiling and drywall from multiple rooms, very unhabital to LIVE in.) repairs took almost 2 whole weeks. They did not offer a place to stay, nor did they offer to prorate the rent. They had to do mold testing and my unit forever smelled like mildew. I had to call multiple times and argue in order to receive the proration off my rent. Secondly my car was broken into repeatedly trashing the inside of my car and stealing a few items and even my WINDSHIELD SHATTERED.. I had to pay hundreds of dollars to fix. There needs to be more full time security.. I expected some inconveniences living in an apartment especially in that area but it was such a hassle and very disappointing.

The location for this property is Great! It is one of the reasons why I chose to live here. Apartments are newly renovated, quick maintenance response and the office staff is so nice and helpful whenever you need anything. I will definitely be renewing my lease again!
