Iâm very upset with my experience at tower at Tropicana, I was referred by a friend about how he had an amazing experience and the leasing office was so accommodating and willing to help him find exactly what he was looking for. Iâm not upset that Iâm not getting the same, but more upset that the needs and concerns that I want arenât being met. Dealing with the agent makes it seem like I had to deal with what they have basically. How is it that you can see 60 days out of availability but you only have four units available for immediate move-in. I just donât understand, all I want is something on the second floor for privacy, a larger two bedroom, and if not explain what you do have on the second floor when you can accommodate it because things can always open up in availability the markets always changing. the customer service has been beyond disappointing due to me working in property management and going above and beyond for my prospects. It seems to be my business is not wanted there. Itâs also is very disappointing the last 30 minutes of work hours they ignore the phones and will not answer a single call. Especially with whatâs going on right now you think they would be there for the residences and applicants till the end of the day. I answer every call till the last second at work, beyond unprofessional I hope your experience isnât like mine at Tower at Tropicana.
