Exhausted after apartment hunting and paying holding fees, I came across Tower at Tropicana. I had such a pleasant talk with Sherry Keith, my leasing consultant that I waited to do my tour until she was available due to her off day being on a Monday. She has such a wonderful spirit and kept me laughing the entire time. I did a look and lease and was instantly in love with the unit, floor plan, vaulted ceilings, patio, washer and dryer, dish washer, assigned parking space, Google Nest thermostat, my own Amazon pick up code for picking up packages on the property, the in-house private Gym and the two pools tucked inside this gated hidden gem. It was a no-brainer for me. I found my new apartment home. There are plenty of restaurants and places to shop in the area and it's super close to work. The application process was easy as well as the lease signing process. Sherry explained everything in detail and was true to her word on all fees and leasing specials. I'm so ecstatic and love the view from my patio, the nice sitting areas and gas grills. It's so serene, peaceful and quiet. I'm choosing to stay a while and I hope you do too.
