I'm leaving after only 1 year of renting and don't recommend living here for the high rent, safety concerns, near constant partying, and some questionable tenants. If you would like details of why I don't recommend living here with so many better choices out there that are much cheaper, here you go: 1. If you love to you party, you've found your people. There are parties pretty much every week in the apartments and at the pool next to the leasing office. If you work and don't want to be disturbed by drunk adults playing music loudly and screaming at 3AM on a weekday like they're in college still, don't live here. 2. The review about someone having their car broken into isn't fake. I have walked by multiple cars that were broken into in broad daylight. They claim there is a patrol service but that is not true. They only come if called and even then, they don't come for hours and you have to call again because they genuinely don’t care and don't want to drive out for any reason. 3. Rent is extraordinarily high for no reason. Appliances are ancient and die on you. The surcharges are excessive. You will pay anywhere up to $140+ in additional charges to your rent. They charge you extra fees for submitting your rent payment, even if you use a debit card. 4. There are many chill people here but, unfortunately, there is way too many questionable ones that taint the experience. I've had to call the cops more times than other rental because of someone being strung out on drugs screaming that they're going to murder their romantic partner while prowling around at the early morning hours. It happened over three separate times. There are many other incidents of partying that got so out of hand I had to call the cops (screaming and aggressive arguing/music so loud it shakes your walls/lighting fireworks, etc.). I'm a dog owner and I've come across leash-less dogs more times than I have fingers and toes. One of them ran on my dog and got on top of him. I got flipped off by the owner afterwards. That isn't the last time another dog tried running up on my dog while the owner just stood there. Dog owners be wary. I have got many, many other reasons of why you shouldn't live here. Run. Run away as fast as you can. Don't live here if you value your cash and sanity.

I've lived here for six months so far, and it is a great location. Great living spaces and common areas. Management and maintenance are exceptional. It's easy living here.

We moved in not too long ago, and I can say that I am highly satisfied with all aspects of the community here at Tower at Tropicana! Sherry was absolutely amazing. She really knows what she’s doing and she is always so pleasant and helpful anytime I have questions or concerns. I would highly recommend choosing Tower at Tropicana as your future home!!

Thank you Tower at Tropicana Luxury Apartments for hiring Sherry Keith! After looking at eight properties, Sherry’s attitude and demeanor helped us make the decision to call Tower at Tropicana Luxury Apartments in Las Vegas our new home. I thought living in California might create a delay in moving the process forward, however, with Sherry’s guidance and support, the process was easy and I was elated to complete the process and received the keys to my beautiful home within nine days! All this was achievable due to the focus, guidance, and assistance Sherry provided!

This is our first experience living in an apartment and it will be our last. We have had our car vandalized now it was just stolen. Why aren’t there security cameras? Or a security patrol since there have been multiple vehicle break ins. I feel very unsafe here. Upstairs neighbor is ridiculously loud. Hammers on something every day. Drags stuff maybe furniture across the floor. Walls are super thin. Loud music from neighbors. Lots of dog poop around. So many landscaping rocks on the sidewalks you twist your ankle if you’re not careful. A/c unit it is old and not efficient. The laminated cabinets are peeling and they won’t replace them. Inside the kitchen air duct is layered with grease and dust. The vinyl windows are cracked and brittle, I can’t even open them.

We moved in here at the end of February, and I've yet to have a single major issue. Before I move on to the review I just want to give a shout out to Sherry in the Leasing Office, who has been an absolute blessing through our entire moving process. As soon as we started talking to her, my wife and I instantly wanted to move in. Many of the reviews you get for apartments usually have one bad thing in common. Administration. Well Sherry has ensured we never felt ignored, neglected, or judged. Talking to her is always a joy. This is a very cozy community, and the residents reflect that. When we moved in we had a couple residents offer to help, and they all wave and say hello when you pass by. We've yet to have any issues with our neighbors. The apartments are clean, and have been kept in good condition. The appliances inside are well kept, and we love our unit! Maintenance is always very prompt, and the maintenance workers are very friendly and respectful. The gym is very clean and professional looking, with clean water provided. We haven't had a chance to use the pool yet, but they look beautiful so we can't wait! All in all we're very happy we chose Tower at Tropicana, and we look forward to living here!
