Loved my unit, but move out and them keeping most of your deposit on a clean unit sucked! Paid a pet deposit for a cat of $300 and they charged me a carpet seal of $120 for next renters out of my regular deposit. What is the point of a pet deposit? Very disappointed!

Would give 0 if I could. Let’s start with all they care about is their money and nothing about you. My truck got stolen out of my parking spot and when I went to ask if they had any cameras or anything they said no and that they had other stuff to do and couldn’t help me. Then right before moving out my plates nearly get stolen luckily a neighbor had seen and stopped it… Then when you need maintenance you have to call before they will send them for the request.. Oh and trying to get the front to answer their phones!!! HA RIDICULOUS! Would not wish anyone to have to live here!!

Recently moved here in august and all i can say is i love it! Arrun was very helpful and patient with me during the application process. Maintenance is always on top of everything and the property is kept clean. Thank you Tower at Tropicana Team :)

We have lived here for 15yrs.I must say we have seen many owners and managers, we are extremely happy with the office staff manager, and mantiance, the grounds are extremely clean, if I need a repair they're right on it.thank to for all your hard work.
