So after having the pool be shut down for over a year (totally understand why it had to be shut down for MOST of that time) they finally announce that the pool will be open again for a whole 4 DAYS until they need to close it again for repairs. Great planning guys. Management is a joke.

Thank you Ms .Kim for all your hard work!!! 3 years ago is when I first met Ms. Kimberly Palma (Manager at Tower at Tropicana). When I first moved here from the East Coast, Ms. Kimberly Palma help me schedule my tour visit and pick out my first apartment 1 bed room apartment. Now I am living in the upgraded two bedroom apartments here at Tower at Tropicana which Ms. Kimberly has help me find. Ms. Palma is an amazing soul & her customer service is outstanding she deserves a raise for all of her hard work and dedication through her career with this company through the highs and lows. Great people are hard to find and Tower at Tropicana Ms.Kimberly is one of the best people you can find, please promote her and take this message as a notice to give her a raise or promotion. The leasing office staff is very friendly and made moving in a breeze. Arrun is a such a sweet girl and knowledgeable at her job! The complex is very quiet and in a good location with many stores and restaurants around. Perfect for young couples! Thank you Towers, I am pleased!
