STAY AWAY!!! I just moved here in 2025 and could NOT WAIT to leave!!!
please don't waste your time here... you are first going to be met with what seems a very kind office staff who will SELL you on their property, but they will QUICKLY turn out to be the most passive, and grumpiest people you will ever meet. Don't let any person of that management team fool you. they are AWFUL at communication, and you will receive mixed answers if they even do answer you. I can count multiple times where I tried to call AND email to the point where I had to arrange time to stop in instead. And when you do go in, you are not met with someone who loves their job... AT ALL.
The apartment itself was not bad, decent amount of space, fairly clean, older style. however, if something goes wrong, don't count on maintenance fixing it the first time around. or really even the second. usually, they walk in with a couple "tools" and WD-40.
Pools are NEVER open, even when reported leaks are reported "fixed". I moved out and still got an email that a pool opened at the END of summer. Pools aren't clean and equipment is probably 10+ years old.
Do NOT expect to get a DIME of your deposit back either! Honestly, the real icing on the cake is when your lease is about to expire, you will get notified with a letter of non-renewal on your door!! no explanation! no response from management! BUT don't worry, they will call you two weeks before you have to move out and tell you that they want to take it back and want you to stay..... sounds like they don't have enough people moving in?
