I lived here for one year on the second floor. We werenât loud, but the building has very thin walls and floors, Iâve heard my neighbors sneezing. Our downstairs neighbors constantly hit their ceiling with a broom, even though the noise was clearly due to poor construction, no carpet in the living room either. The security gate only worked about half the time, and I often woke up to find cars broken into. When we moved out, we were heavily overcharged with multiple fees. What seemed affordable at first ended up including a lot of hidden fees. When we returned, an employee mentioned that a tenant had threatened them, which was concerning to hear. On the plus side the maintenance crew was kind and always responded quickly. Overall, there are better maintained rentals elsewhere with similar pricing.

I absolutely love to see that you went down in price. Since I had to leave about 4 years ago when you wanted 2000+ for an apartment LOL off of Jones and Tropicana? And then all that was left were 5 people living in a one bedroom apartment together. You did absolutely no maintenance on grills or the pool. People were (and still are based on the comments) roaming around with dogs off leash. I truly hope this place turns to trash and stays trash. You get what you deserve.

Do not move here office staff is terrible with answering phone calls. Maintenance does not fix things properly after multiple requests. Homeless people roam the complex at night bathing in the pool area. Security is useless they donât do their job with patrolling the area. The gym is not the best either a lot of missing dumbbells and broken machines. The list goes onâ¦

I dont know if it has to do with the old building structure or the neighbor, but have been suffering from constant loud noise from upstair for more than 5 months. This upstair neighbor come back home at 2am and continue with their loud noise until 3amâ¦i wish I can post video here showing how loud it is at 2:30â¦If you dont want to have severe insomnia from noise, I recommend not coming here. I am finally getting out of this hell in 1 month

Apartments are very nice. They offer good deals and promotions as well. Staff are great people. Sherry at the front desk is outstanding. She is very helpful and capable. We were able to get a place in a matter of days all thanks to her!

This place is heaven. Ever since I spoke to Sherri it has been a great experience. Any questions I had she answered them quickly and I was able to move into my unit swiftly. Her customer service is A+. She definitely deserves a raise!

Sherry was just absolutely wonderful at finding me my new home! She made the entire process very easy and was patient with me throughout it. From touring to moving in and everything after the staff here really show you that they care about their residents. Iâm so grateful to have come across this gem of a neighborhood and leasing agent!
