The staff is amazing and exceptional service. Quick response from maintenance whenever I put in for a work order. Staff in the office are friendly and very helpful with any questions or situations. The courtyards, pools, and surrounding areas are always up kept.

Amazing management. Overall exceptional customer service. Sherry is truly amazing and just warm vibes. I was online searching for apartments, reading reviews, on my way home from two other apartments I seen online and another I was suppose to move in a week later, just wasnâ€™t overall satisfied with customer services or/and the apartment.. drove past Towers at Tropicana and decided to just see what theyâ€™re about & then a couple weeks moved in. SHERRY! Is an amazing leasing agent! and Iâ€™m very satisfied staying here.

Though we didn't go with them due to staying at the current landlord, they were willing to work with our criteria issues, and very friendly. SHERRI was awesome, very friendly, and we will definitely consider this complex in the future!
